We are seeking a qualified, hands-on Onsite AV & Infrastructure Support Technician to join our global field support network at a premier corporate client site in Nagoya.
If you have 3+ years of experience troubleshooting audio-visual setups, network hardware, and user devices, we want to hear from you.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st-level onsite breakdown/fix support for conference room AV setups and video systems.
Act as "Smart Hands" for remote network engineering teams (patching fiber/copper, rack & stack, equipment resets).
Provide live, technical run-support for high-profile corporate events and hybrid meetings.
Maintain accurate local inventory tracking for spare parts, loaner devices, and cables.
